Every active applicant across 1,456 units in one searchable view, with Section 8 and market-rate views and full message logs. It went live on more than 6,700 real records, and we trained their leasing team hands-on.

Knowing when not to use AI
A contractor wanted estimates straight from construction plans. Vision AI still miscounts the parts that drive the price, so we read the drawings' named layers instead: every diffuser, grille and duct label in about ten seconds, with no guessing.
Replica CRM
The CRM our founder's real estate company runs on: about 900 deals and 3,000 contacts, a call queue for reps, Gmail and Drive built in, and role-based access that hides money fields from reps.

Yes. Many engagements start as a fixed-price Upwork contract, with each milestone funded into Upwork escrow and released when you approve the work.

What happens when something breaks?
